We can digitally remove small temporary items (like a forgotten towel or car in the driveway) for a small fee. We cannot remove permanent fixtures like power lines or hydrants per MLS rules.

What is the difference between Standard and HDR?

Standard photography uses a single flash, often resulting in dark windows or unnatural shadows. Our HDR process blends 5 exposures to capture natural light, crisp window views, and true colors.

How are the photos delivered?

You will receive an email with a link to a dedicated property website and download center. You can download high-res (print) and MLS-optimized (web) versions instantly.

Do you offer virtual staging?

Yes! We can virtually stage empty rooms with realistic furniture and decor. This helps buyers visualize the potential of the space and is much cheaper than physical staging.
