Are you actually licensed? (Important!)

Yes. 100%.

It is against federal law to sell drone photos without an FAA Part 107 License. All Cineminn pilots are licensed and insured. If you hire an unlicensed pilot (like a cousin or friend), you (the agent) can get fined. We handle the legal stuff so you are safe.
Can you fly near the Airport?
Most of the time, yes! We can fly in about 95% of the Twin Cities. We use a special app to get instant permission from the FAA. If your listing is in a strict "No-Fly Zone" (like right next to MSP runway), we will tell you right away.
What if it rains or is windy?
Drones can't fly in rain or high wind (over 20mph). It's not safe. If the weather is bad, we will still shoot the inside of the house. We will come back to do the drone shots on the next nice day. We won't charge you extra for the second trip.
Can you show the property lines?
Yes! This is great for big lots. We can draw the lines on the photo so buyers can see exactly what they are getting. Just select "Lot Lines" when you book.
When do I get the photos?
Photos: Next morning by 9 AM. Guaranteed.
Video: Takes a little longer to edit perfectly. Usually 48 hours.
Do I have to be there?
Nope. As long as we can get into the backyard (no locked gates/dogs), you don't need to be there. Go do your work, we will handle the photos.
Do you do Commercial Real Estate?
Yes. We shoot retail centers, apartments, land, and construction sites all the time.
What is "Cinematic" Video vs Drone Video?
Drone Video is just the outside from the air.
Cinematic Video is a full tour. We walk through the inside with a steady camera AND fly the drone outside. It's the full package. Check out our Video Page for that.
