Terms of Service

1. Scheduling & Cancellations

We understand that real estate is a fast-paced industry and schedules can change.

• No Penalty: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time with no penalty.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee to compensate our photographers for their reserved time.
• Arrival: Our photographers aim to arrive on time. If the agent or homeowner is late by more than 30 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the shoot and charge a cancellation fee.

2. Property Readiness

To ensure the best possible results, the property must be "shoot-ready" upon the photographer's arrival.

• Photographer's Role: Our photographers are creative professionals, not movers or cleaners. They are not permitted to move furniture, clean messes, or hide clutter for liability reasons.
• Delays: If the home is not ready, the photographer may shoot the home "as-is" or a rescheduling fee may apply if the shoot cannot be completed within the allotted time.
• Pets: Please ensure all pets are secured or removed from the property during the shoot to ensure safety and efficiency.

3. Turnaround Time & Delivery

We pride ourselves on speed and reliability.

• Photos: Standard HDR photography is guaranteed to be delivered by 9:00 AM the next day (following the shoot).
• Video & Special Services: Cinematic video tours, virtual staging, and complex editing requests may require 24-48 hours for delivery.
• Delivery Method: All media is delivered via a dedicated property website link sent to your email.

4. Copyright & Licensing

It is important to understand the usage rights regarding real estate media.

• Ownership: Cineminn Media Co. retains the copyright and ownership of all photos, videos, and media created.
• Usage License: Upon payment, the hiring agent/client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the media for marketing the specific property for sale. This includes the MLS, social media, print flyers, and your website.
• Transferability: This license is non-transferable. You may not sell, give, or loan the photos to any third party (such as stagers, builders, or other agents) without written permission from Cineminn Media Co.

5. Weather Policy

Minnesota weather is unpredictable, but we have you covered.

• Blue Sky Guarantee: We edit all exterior photos to replace grey/overcast skies with blue skies at no extra cost. We recommend proceeding with shoots on cloudy days.
• Adverse Weather: In the event of heavy rain, snow, or hazardous conditions that risk equipment damage, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Travel Fees

We serve the entire Twin Cities metro area. Our standard service zone covers a 30-mile radius from downtown Minneapolis. Properties located outside of this zone may incur a travel fee, which will be calculated and displayed during the booking process.

7. Payment

Payment is typically required to download high-resolution images. We accept major credit cards via our secure online portal. If payment is not received, media delivery may be delayed.
