Why the Philippines?
The Philippines is the gold standard for remote talent. English is one of their official languages, meaning communication is seamless. Culturally, they are very aligned with the US (watch the same movies, follow the same sports). Most importantly, the work ethic is unmatched—they are loyal, hardworking, and grateful for the opportunity to work with US companies.
What about the time zone difference?
They work YOUR hours. Our VAs work the "Graveyard Shift" locally, which aligns perfectly with 9 AM - 5 PM (or whatever hours you choose) in the US. They are online when you are online. You are not waiting 12 hours for a reply.
Do they have a heavy accent?
For Admin and Marketing roles, accents don't matter much. For ISAs (Phone roles), we vet strictly for "Neutral Accents." Many of our VAs have worked in call centers for huge US companies (like Chase or AT&T) and speak better English than many Americans. You will be able to interview them via Zoom to hear for yourself before hiring.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We believe you should stay because you are making money, not because you are trapped. Our contracts are month-to-month with a standard 30-day notice period.
How do I pay them?
You pay Cineminn Media Co. a flat monthly fee in USD via credit card or ACH. We handle the international wire transfers, exchange rates, and local benefits for the VA. It simplifies your accounting significantly—it's just a single "Marketing/Staffing" expense line item.
What if they quit or it doesn't work out?
This is the "Replacement Guarantee." If your VA leaves (rare, because we pay well) or if you feel they aren't the right fit in the first 30 days, we recruit a replacement immediately at zero cost to you. We are your partner in this.
How do they make calls for me?
We help you set up a VoIP line (like RingCentral, Google Voice, or a dialer like Mojo/Vulcan7). You provide the login, they log in from their computer, and when they call, it shows up as *your* local number on the client's caller ID.
Can I hire part-time?
Yes. We offer both 20-hour/week and 40-hour/week placements. However, we strongly recommend full-time. Real estate is fast-paced, and having someone fully dedicated to your business creates better momentum and loyalty than someone juggling two jobs.
Do they have good internet?
Yes. It is a requirement for employment. We verify they have high-speed fiber internet and a backup connection (hotspot) as well as a noise-canceling headset and a modern computer before we even present them to you.
How is my data secured?
Every VA signs a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We also recommend using a password manager like LastPass or 1Password. This allows you to share access to your CRM/Email without ever revealing the actual password, and you can revoke access instantly with one click.
